The sand was wet right along the ocean where the race was held, which was definitely appreciated…and yet, it still wasn’t easy! Running on the patches of dry sand to get on and off the sidewalk, though, was NO JOKE!

You are so inspirational Jennifer, I love reading your race recaps. I think it is because we have a lot in common. I tend to underestimate myself as well and each time I break through my own thoughts and personal goals, it gives me more confidence and really helps me believe I CAN and WILL do more than I ever thought possible!

You’re right, walking on sand is hard enough…running on it was definitely not a picnic! I wish I lived a little bit closer to the shore so I could run near the beach more often, I’m totally jealous of you!
