Thanks so much for your comment.  I&#039;m glad you found me!

Sometimes I really do feel that attitude is the biggest key to success on Weight Watchers, or any weight loss plan.  

You could beat yourself up - and ultimately quit - over a gain, or you could accept it, move on, and try to do better next week.

Undeserved gains are super frustrating, but even when the scale moves slightly in the wrong direction, I can always tell just how well I&#039;m doing by the way my jeans fit!  Those NEVER lie!]]></description>
