I used to have knee pain almost every time I ran; who knew the “right” pair of sneakers would make it all disappear.

As far as the Garmin, I shopped around for awhile — I think I ultimately went with Amazon, but if you find the right sale/coupon…it’s a totally worthwhile investment! I can’t (won’t) run without it.

I just ordered two. I had been looking for something to keep the sweat from cascading down my face. So far, I’ve been using a pair of nice cloth napkins as bandanas. I’m pretty sure these will work much better. Thanks for the recommend!
